They do have an IFTTT channel as well, so additional support and flexibility was introduced with Alexa's latest announcement of generic trigger support, but this is still not the same as first class support. Their developers have an Echo skill under review, but you would still have to say "ask HoneSeer" rather than just "turn on the lights". The one drawback in the domains you listed is that it does not have first class support with Echo yet.
